MBS is a majority-owned subsidiary of Sealaska, the Regional Native Corporation of Southeast Alaska formed under federal law in 1971. The Corporation is owned by 17,400 individuals of Tlingit, Haida and Tsimshian descent and is dedicated to the preservation of these cultures.
