Richard Noe, is the President/CEO for Managed Business Solutions. He has over 15 years of experience in managing local and global outsourcing services. As President of IIS, an outsourcing BSP servicing a number of Fortune 100 companies, Richard's experience includes accomplishing profitable annual revenue growth of 40 percent each year and developing shared service centers in the US and UK. At KPMG Consulting and Answerthink Consulting, Richard was part of the consulting executive leadership team that established the business vision for their consulting services, and served as managing director with national practice responsibilities. Most recently, Richard has developed successful delivery services for on site, on shore and offshore technology outsourcing for both the private and public industry sectors. Richard is a member of Managed Business Solutions leadership team and Board of Directors.
Dan Sutton, is the Vice President of the Consulting & Integration business unit, for MBS. Dan joined the MBS management team in October 2003, and brings significant outsourcing and consulting experience to his leadership of the MBS Application Development Services business unit. Prior to assuming his current role at MBS, Dan held Director-level positions in consulting and outsourcing at KPMG Consulting, Answerthink, and Alliente. Dan has held previous key management positions at EDS and Eastman Kodak. He is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with a BS degree in Systems Science & Engineering.
Walt Porter, is the Vice President of Managed Services, of MBS. Walt joined MBS in July 2007 bringing more more than 25 years of related experience in the information technology industry. He spent more than 20 years with MCI/Worldcom, where he held several management positions and served as the corporate representative for all community involvement programs including the NAACP, Urban League, INROADS and Junior Achievement. He comes to MBS from Spherion Technologies, a major staffing/outsourcing firm, where he was responsible for managing multinational operations including Asia Pacific and Europe.
Stacy Godby, Vice President of Marketing, reports to the CEO and is a member of the company’s executive team. In her position of Vice President at MBS, Ms. Godby is the oversight of all key aspects of planning, directing, and coordinating the marketing of MBS’ services. Ms. Godby is also responsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development operations, including market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, customer acquisition and revenue goals. Ms. Godby has over 10 years related experience and brings previous experience from McGraw Hill and Koala Corporation.
Theresa Kropinak's primary responsibility, as the Chief Financial Officer, is the oversight of all key aspects of MBS' finances including financial reporting, budgeting, and pricing. She is also responsible for the oversight of other general and administrative functions such as Human Resources, Information Technology, and Contract Administration. Ms. Kropinak has more than 18 years of related experience in finance and accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Regis University in Denver, CO and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Wyoming at Laramie, Wyoming.
