Jon Duncan, President, Managed Business Solutions, LLC (MBS) and MBS Systems.

Jon joined the company in 2009 as vice president of MBS, was promoted to general manager for MBS Systems. Prior to MBS, Jon was at Oracle / Siebel Systems developing the channel ecosystem for CRM, ERP, Business Intelligence and PLM applications. He has over 15 years experience in a variety of executive, sales management, channels, sales and business development roles at Peakstone, MobileSys, Inktomi, McAfee/Network Associates, and Digital Pathways.

Jon received two lifetime achievement awards:

• National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development’s (NCAIED) Native American Top 40 Under 40.
• Diversity MBA Magazine’s list of Top 100 under 50 Diverse Executive & Emerging Leaders.

He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Saint Mary’s College of California, graduating with honors, and a bachelor’s degree in politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, graduating with honors. Jon has also completed an executive education program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Jon previously served on the board for the San Francisco Tlingit & Haida Community Council.


Richard Mainwaring, Vice President of Application Services and Consulting & Integration.

Richard has more than 15 years of application services solutions, management, and delivery experience, and provides strategic planning and direction for MBS’ application service business unit. Richard has developed successful delivery services for on-site, on-shore and off-shore outsourcing solutions in the private industry sector, and is responsible for developing and implementing new service engagements. Prior to MBS, Richard cultivated his business and manufacturing knowledge through his experience as a manufacturing engineer in a printed circuit assembly manufacturing environment. Richard also founded a software solutions company providing database solutions for gas and electric utility companies. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology from Colorado State University.

 

Tee Ray Nolan, Vice President of Global Data Center Services.

Tee Ray brings with him more than 30 years of management experience, with the last decade being dedicated to global IT infrastructure services. As Managing Director and Vice President at his previous companies, Tee Ray has an extensive background in IT Infrastructure Management, Test Lab Management, Call Centers and Internal Operations servicing both small and Fortune 500 companies. At MBS, Tee Ray is responsible for providing clear vision while developing successful global IT delivery services for our expanding customer base.

James Warne, Chief Financial Officer

In his position at MBS Jim is responsible for the control and oversight of MBS finance and administration functions including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, HR and contracts. He has more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting and spent several years serving in key senior leadership positions for large IT companies, such as SI International Corporation and TRW Electronic Products, Inc./ ETA Technologies Corp. Jim comes to MBS from KTPS, LLC where he served as Vice President of Finance and Controller.

Jim earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Marshall University, Huntington, WV, and also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from, St. John's University, New York, NY. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of both the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Russell Lopiccolo, Director of Sales and Marketing.

 Russell has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry and brings a wealth of sales, management and leadership skills to MBS. Over the course of his career, Russell has repeatedly proven his ability to acquire, develop and manage highly motivated sales teams that drive revenue, profit, and client satisfaction.

He has accumulated a wide set of professional sales experience, and performance awards at companies like CA, McAfee, Verizon Business, Check Point Software and Sanctum. Russ earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management at St. Mary’s College of California.
